Papillion Enrichment Center provides exemplary early childhood care and education inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach - supporting ages from 6 weeks through Kindergarten, plus an enriching summer camp program for children up to 2nd grade.

We are proud to have a team of dedicated and passionate leaders guiding our schools:

  • Ms. Alesha, Director at our Willoughby Hills location, holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Cleveland State University. She joined Papillion in 2012 as a lead teacher and became Director in 2017.
  • Ms. Nicole, Director at our Chesterland location, has over 20 years of experience in childcare. She joined the Papillion team in 2023.
  • Ms. Stephanie, Director at our North Aurora, Illinois location, holds a degree in Early Intervention and has served as Director since June 2025, when Papillion first opened this location.

Alongside these amazing leaders, the owners are onsite daily, including Seid Tanovic, Suzie Tanovic, Yasmina Tanovic, and Larisa Dzankovic (née Tanovic), ensuring that each Papillion location maintains the family values, quality standards, and personal care that define who we are.
